Non Working Controls: Toggle POVEdit
"Toggle POV" is listed in SKSE's Input.psc as a valid control, but it does not seem to fire the OnControlDown or Up events. I can confirm others like Jump and Sneak work.

- in FO4 its "TogglePOV" with no space. the commenting in SKSE Input.psc is in error.
