--Necrocytosis (talk) 2016-08-04T11:13:40 (EDT) Although this function indicates that 0-1 is walk/run speed, the NPC will not run at the value of 1.0, but will walk at a normap pace, tested this out a few times. Probably better to use Packages to get NPC's to travel at run speed.
